Howard Cook was for 20 years chief executive of Louis Allen Associates’ Africa
Region. During that time he trained over five thousand senior executives in more than
five hundred companies and assist them to implement fully integrated management
In addition, he traveled to the United States frequently for updating discussions with American and other overseas chief executives of the various regions around the world in which the company worked. During his frequent travels to USA, discussions were held on leadership and management aspects, reviewed and experiences were refined into new approaches to all of the aspects of leadership and management.
Subsequent to leaving Louis Allen Associates in 1996, Howard spent two years devising the modern fully integrated T³ Performance Management system that runs on the cloud. He facilitated the implimentation globally and continued to refine the software and training material to keep to the T3 principles to World Class Standards.
Theresa Nash is the founder of Own Identity which provides compliance and business
support services to companies across the globe. Theresa worked for the South
African Revenue Services for six years in the National Enforcement Unit in various
leadership roles and was involved in implementing a performance management
system into SARS and compiling integrated tax audit files. Prior and after SARS, she
also gained experience from various Tax and Business Consultants she worked with.
Theresa has a B. Comm (Honours) Financial Management degree from the University of Pretoria; an H. Dip Tax Law from the University of Johannesburg and a Management Development Programme from the University of Stellenbosch. Her formal qualifications are complimented by various courses in management, coaching, performance enhancement and industrial relations.
Lenie Olivier is a Business Readiness Consultant with over 15 years of international
experience in client facing services such as training, test support and facilitating
deliverables within projects in the mobile banking industry. Effective in supporting and
closely assisting international clients with technology implementations, through to
launch in more than 27 countries and understanding the values around
collaboration, respect and cultural understanding. Experienced in reviewing business
strategy, evaluating processes, developing the training methodology and ensuring
proper governance around Quality Assurance.
She is goal driven, thrive on complexity and remain positively energize during challenges.
